Meadow View Nursing Center is a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility located in the heart of the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Meadow View is a 150 bed licensed facility which brings together rehabilitation, nursing care and specialty medical services to meet the needs of older adults in Somerset County and the surrounding areas.
With 24-hour access to health care professionals and enhanced support, residents at Meadow View receive quality care and personal assistance. Our staff works closely with residents' personal physicians and families to deliver a customized care plan that meets their unique needs.
