Robyn Foreman, Director of Nursing Any questions or concerns regarding the medications, health or care of the residents can be directed to Robyn or our Assistant Director of Nursing, Laura Wyant.
Jan Saylor, Business Manager can answer any questions or concerns regarding a bill or financial issue.
Sally McClintock, Business Development Specialist can assist you with any marketing or admissions concerns. If you know of anyone who would benefit from the services provided at Meadow View, please give Sally their name and address.
Leatrice Wadsworth, Admission Coordinator will be happy to offer a tour of the facility or answer any questions regarding the admission process.
Melissa Yachere, Social Services Director, assists with meeting Meadow View resident's emotional, social, and psychosocial well-being. Please contact Melissa to discuss discharge needs or with any concerns regarding resident care.
Sherry Berkey, Therapeutic Recreation Director plans resident events and daily activities. Please direct any suggestions or concerns you have regarding group or individual leisure pursuits to Sherry. Meadow View is always looking for volunteers willing to share their interests, time and talents.
Stacey Pribelsky, Dietary Director oversees the menu and food preparation at Meadow View. Stacey supervises the kitchen staff, designs menus and orders supplies.

Richard Rininger, Maintenance Director, oversees the general maintenance and upkeep of resident rooms, building and grounds at Meadow View. Any maintenance requests need to be submitted in writing on a “work request form”.
