Skilled Nursing

Meadow View offers skilled and specialized care to injured, chronically or terminally ill residents with varying medical needs.Physicians, registered nurses, licensed therapists and other healthcare professionals strive to provide progressive and individualized treatment while promoting independence.

Alzheimer's/Dementia

Meadow View understands the unique needs of individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders. Meadow View's special memory impairment program is individually developed for each resident to meet his or her specific needs.

Rehabilitation

Meadow View is committed to providing quality rehabilitative care to our residents. Toward that end, we contract with RehabCare. Rehabcare works with the resident's physician and nursing staff to plan rehabilitation and restorative programs that help keep the resident at a functional level.

Medical Services

Sub-acute medical services offer intensive nursing care, treatment for wounds requiring specialized procedures, as well as skilled assessments and monitoring of resident care.

Hospice Services

Meadow View contracts with various Hospice providers to offer a wide range of health and comfort services to patients who are nearing the end of life. Services are planned and delivered by designated Hospice providers approved by Meadow View Nursing Center.

Respite Care

Respite services are made available to support the efforts of twenty-four hour caregivers in the home. Respite care temporarily relieves the caregiver from their responsiblity to their loved one and allows time for the caregivers' needs.
